Maskline (“Maskline”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Maskline is designed as a fully on-device, offline AI application, meaning that your data stays on your device at all times.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains:

  • How Maskline processes information
  • Your rights and choices
This policy applies to the Maskline application, website, and related services.

2. Zero Data Collection Policy

Maskline operates under a strict zero-data-collection model.

We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, sell, or share:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
  • Chat conversations or prompts
  • Generated AI responses
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers
  • Contacts, files, photos, or media
  • Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
  • Cookies for tracking or profiling purposes
We do not have access to your data because your data never leaves your device.

3. On-Device Processing

All AI processing performed by Maskline occurs locally on your device. No user input, output, or content is transmitted to Maskline servers or third-party servers for processing.

4. Local Storage

Any data generated by Maskline (such as app settings or downloaded AI models) is stored locally on your device and remains under your control. Removing the app removes this data.

5. Third-Party Services

Maskline may be distributed through third-party platforms (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play). These platforms may collect limited data as required by their own policies. Maskline does not control and is not responsible for third-party platform data practices.

6. Children’s Privacy

Maskline is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since no data is collected at all, no child data is stored.

7. Legal Basis (GDPR / CCPA)

Because Maskline does not collect or process personal data:
  • No personal data is processed under GDPR
  • No personal data is sold or shared under CCPA
  • No user profiling or automated decision-making occurs

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date.
